Add the wheel and tracker to OBS as (separate) browser sources. The tracker browser source should be 2000 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall. The wheel source should be at least 700 by 700 pixels and it is recommended to crop the control buttons in OBS.
When you want to disable an input, right click the wheel source and click interact (you can leave this open if you like) and click the disable button. The wheel will appear, spin and disapear (no need to adjust source visibility). Click reset to start over. There currently is no way to undo spins or custom-disable buttons.
